When there are fertility problems in a couple, one of the most common affectations that can occur is the loss of sexual desire. Sexual intercourse is seen solely as a reproductive means, i.e. to achieve pregnancy. In this way, partners may lose the pleasure and enjoyment part.
In addition, the scheduling required by assisted reproductive treatments detracts from the spontaneity of sexual intercourse, which also contributes to the loss of desire and affects the sexual life of the couple with fertility problems.
