In order to determine sperm morphology under the microscope, it is necessary to use the staining technique to identify as many sperm abnormalities as possible.
There exist many staining procedures to achieve this goal, each one being more or less technically challenging. However, those that use the methylene blue kit offer the most reliable outcomes.
