On the positive side, Elsie states the Dr. Tjade is the best, after years of not being able to get pregnant she was able to figure out what was wrong and treat it. Amber also thanks Dr. Tjade and the whole team that were knowledgeable and friendly.

On the negative side, there are several patients that feel disappointed with the care and the overall organization of the clinic. Minda stated that she had to wait 4 months to see the doctor and had a hard time rescheduling and getting a hold of the office
