Reviews

Most of the reviews on Google Business about Troché Fertility are very positive.

Abby, for example, is enthusiastic about her experience with the team. She describes the doctor and his staff as empathetic who always keep an amazing attitude towards her. They always answer all upcoming questions from the patient. The center also takes care of in-depth fertility testing before undergoing an IVF cycle. The only thing Abby wishes is an emergency nurse line for medications. Azcinda confirms the impression and is now a mother of twin babies thanks to the clinic. Cambria also describes the clinic as professional, kind, and informative. Dr. Troche and his nurses take their time to answer all questions of the patients and walk them through every step of the procedure. The front office staff is very transparent about insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs.

However, there is also one criticism from Charissa. She felt belittled by the doctor when she was without medical insurance and not able to continue refilling a prescription for medication. Afterward, the doctor advised her to seek a different type of endocrinologist to keep up with the treatment of a pituitary tumor. She felt punished when finally coming back again to his office as he purportedly refused to prescribe her the medicine he had prescribed in the first consultation. She was finally charged a $32 copay.
