Generally speaking, a 13-week fetus is about 7-8 cm long and weighs about 13-22 grams. Its size at 13 weeks of pregnancy can be compared to a peach or a nectarine.
Virtually all of the fetal organs and structures are formed and will develop quite rapidly.
