Having a healthy lifestyle and following a proper diet throughout pregnancy is essential for the baby to develop properly and for the mother to feel better.

In the 13th week of pregnancy it is advisable to eat foods with fiber to avoid constipation, oranges, kiwis, eggs, etc. In addition, in this week of pregnancy it is advisable to go for a walk and do some moderate sport such as swimming. It is also recommended to reduce the amount of salt and avoid wearing high heels in week 13 of gestation.
