In the 20th week of pregnancy the fetus is already about 25 cm long and weighs about 260-280 grams. The uterus has increased in size and the belly is becoming more and more noticeable.
At this time of pregnancy, a woman may experience constipation and stretch marks on her belly. Backaches and heartburn are also common, although as with all pregnancy, it may depend on the individual woman.
