A foetus at 28 weeks of pregnancy is about 38 cm long from head to toe. In relation to weight, the baby weighs around 1050 grams on average. If the baby's weight is in the range of 700 to 1230 grams, there is no cause for concern, as these values are considered to be within normal limits.
Therefore, the baby's measurements at 28 weeks gestation can be compared to the size of a romaine lettuce.
