Implantation bleeding is one of the possible symptoms that a woman may experience in the fourth week of pregnancy. However, not all women suffer implantation bleeding, but it is important to know how to differentiate it from menstruation since it is a lighter spotting and of shorter duration.
Other symptoms that women may experience during this week of pregnancy include fatigue, fluid retention, urinary urgency, lower abdominal pain, changes in smell and morning sickness.
