The 29th week of pregnancy is part of the eighth month and therefore the third trimester. The foetus has increased in size and has less space in the uterus to move around.
The mother's diet at this stage of pregnancy is essential. The foetus needs nutrients and vitamins to continue its growth. For this reason, the pregnant woman should take calcium, iron, folic acid and vitamin C.
