Non-invasive preimplantation genetic testing (niPGT) has a series of advantages and benefits, but it also presents some challenges and limitations. These include the fragmentation of the DNA recovered from the embryo culture medium, contamination with maternal DNA, and the difficulty in detecting embryo mosaicism.
