After the embryo transfer it is not necessary for the woman to remain in absolute rest for weeks. The general recommendation after embryo transfer is to avoid strenuous physical exertion. However, the patient will be able to continue her daily routine and carry out her daily activities such as going for walks, driving, working, etc.
Another recommendation given by doctors is to drink plenty of water, as fluid intake is beneficial. It is also advisable to avoid sexual intercourse and immersion baths after embryo transfer, as well as taking medication without a prescription from the specialist.
