Myths to predict the sex of the baby

During pregnancy, women often receive predictions from family and friends about the sex of the baby they are expecting. However, these predictions are based on popular myths and beliefs, passed down from generation to generation, and therefore have no scientific evidence.

Some of the best known myths about whether the baby will be a boy or a girl are based on the shape of the pregnant woman's belly (round or pointy), cravings (for sweet or salty) and the presence or absence of nausea.

However, it is important to interpret these predictions as a game, as confirmation of foetal sex is done by ultrasound or genetic testing.
