A woman's diet during breastfeeding influences the taste of breast milk.
This allows breastfed babies to taste different flavors. The composition of breast milk also changes throughout the breastfeeding period to suit the needs of the newborn.
In any case, foods such as onions, leeks, garlic, asparagus or cauliflower, among others, may taste too strong for the baby.
