The diet to be followed when a woman is pregnant varies as the pregnancy progresses. The nutritional intake during the first trimester is different from that required in the second and third trimesters.
In any case, and generally, the foods you eat whilst pregnant must be rich in proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber.
