During pregnancy it is important to eat a healthy, varied and balanced diet. This will ensure that no nutrient necessary for the woman or for the proper growth and development of the baby is lacking. Among the foods recommended during pregnancy are:
- Green leafy vegetables.
- Broccoli.
- Oranges.
- Bread and whole grain cereals.
- Salmon.
- Eggs.
- Lentils.
- Almonds and nuts.
- Milk and yogurt.
- Avocado
- Olive oil.
- Water.
