IVF with double gamete donation is an assisted reproduction treatment with very high success rates. The probability of pregnancy by fresh embryo transfer is 54.5%, while the rate of delivery by fresh embryo transfer is 40.05%.
On the other hand, if frozen embryos are used, the rates decrease to 43.9% and 32.7%, respectively.
