Ovarian reserve after endometriosis surgery

If surgery for an ovarian endometrioma is performed, one of the possible drawbacks is the reduction in ovarian reserve due to the damage that healthy ovarian tissue may suffer.

Therefore, the objective of this study is to evaluate which surgical technique is associated with less impact on the woman's ovarian reserve, 3-6 months after the intervention, evaluating it through AMH levels and antral follicle count.
