Tips to make your TTC journey healthier

When a woman or a couple starts trying to conceive, the woman is strongly recommended to start taking special care of herself from the very beginning. The first thing one should do is to visit her gynecologist to have everything checked and make sure that everything works as expected. It is likely that he or she tells you to take folic acid and follow a healthy, balanced diet. It is very important for you to quit toxic habits at once, including smoking and drinking alcoholic drinks.
