There are always natural ways and remedies to increase your fertility as a woman. Leading a healthy lifestyle, avoiding an excess of alcohol, not smoking, not taking street drugs, keeping your weight at the desirable level and moderate exercise. All of these things really help to increase the woman's fertility. However, some cases of infertility in women won't respond well to natural remedies and will need some kind of intervention in order for the woman to become pregnant.
