Can anabolic steroids lead to low sperm volume?

Yes, the use of anabolic steroids and other drugs in general can affect the male reproductive function to a large extent. However, the good news is that it is reversible in most cases. It can also affect the sperm count and rise the number of deformed spermatozoa.
