Yes, a balanced and varied diet that includes a high content of fruits, vegetables and antioxidants is beneficial for ovarian response. In addition, these foods also prevent premature aging of the ovaries.

Vitamin C supports hormone levels; while an adequate amount of vitamin E helps prevent the risk of miscarriages.
