Diabetes can cause male infertility in three ways:
- It affects the health of small blood vessels and lowers testosterone levels, which causes erectile dysfunction.
- Given that it lowers testosterone levels, it reduces the man's libido.
- The combination of these three factors contributes to reducing the ejaculate volume.
