Is it possible to have a mutlifetal reduction before week 10 of pregnancy?

Yes, it is possible to perform an early embryo reduction around week 7 or 8 of pregnancy. In this case, the procedure will be performed transvaginally, but it will not be possible to evaluate in detail which fetus is to be removed.
