Oligospermia does not present specific symptoms that might alert a man to the condition, so it is common to discover that sperm concentration is low only after undergoing a semen analysis due to difficulties conceiving.
However, in cases of cryptorchidism or varicocele, a man may suspect that his semen quality is impaired.
