When oligoasthenoteratozoospermia is described as “mild,” it means that the concentration, motility, and morphology of the sperm are only mildly, or slightly, altered. Therefore, mild oligoasthenoteratozoospermia would be the same as mild oligoasthenoteratozoospermia.
