When the pregnant woman is five months pregnant it is important that she follows a healthy and balanced diet, as during the rest of her pregnancy.
It is important to eat foods rich in fibre such as fruit, vegetables, brown rice, etc. In addition, the woman should continue to drink around 1.5 litres of water to ensure proper hydration.
