What tests measure ovarian reserve during perimenopause?

The assessment of a woman’s ovarian reserve during perimenopause is performed in the same way as at other times, that is, by measuring the level of anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) in the blood and counting antral follicles (AF count) via transvaginal ultrasound.
