Husband has vasectomy and I’m 43, would IUI work for us?

My partner had a vasectomy 9 yrs ago after having a child with someone else. I was thinking we could have a family through ai. I am 43, been tested and was told my eggs are the age of a 37yr old. Is ai still the way to go?
