    Hello there!

Our situation is rather extraordinary and I’ll try to explain it as crystal clear as I can so that everyone is able to understand and help us later 🙂

Well, I’m from Australia, I’ve got Caucasian appearance and I don’t have children. I’m 42, a little bit too old to get pregnant naturally I’m afraid, but I’m aware of this situation. My husband on the contrary is from Vanuatu and is divorced, so he already has two beautiful daughters… He’s 39, so now you can get an overall idea of our situation. We’ve been TTC for over 2 years, with no luck so far, and that’s why we are now seeking expert advice. We’d like our children to have Caucasian appearance, so we’d like to choose who will be our egg donor, especially her racial features, is it possible? We wouldn’t mind traveling elsewhere…

    Thanks!!

  2. Hello Jane,

If you want to find out identificable information about your egg donor, traveling to the US would be the most suitable option, since there you can choose between anonymous, semi-known or known egg donation. Provided that you want to choose the racial origin of your donor, the best option would be known egg donation. In this case, you can select a donor according to your preferences and even get to know her and meet her in person. Nevertheless, even in the anonymous option, you can get a lot of details (eye color, family history, hair color…), although you don’t choose them, you just get the details.
