Small area of calcification seen in right testis? Calcified granuloma

I suffering with Azoospermia,
In my report Impression:
SMALL AREA OF CALCIFICATION SEEN IN RIGHT TESTIS S/0? CALCIFIED GRANULOMA

Please tell me any treatement is there, Already I taken Ayurvedic treatment, But no luck,
I am not understand what I do, Please Adice.

The European Society of Urogenital Radiology (ESUR) recommends that men diagnosed with this condition are monitored via ultrasound to ensure that no other condition develops.
