Starting a fertility treatment at advanced fertility care

Heyho, My husband and I are planning on scheduling our first appointment at advanced fertility care because we read at their website that they would be reopening now. Now, we don't know how to prepare ourselves for the first consultation because we read some comments in which a few of the former patients said that you need to do research on your own in order to know what's going on... Can someone please tell me about their first consultation at the clinic? Also, will they just inform you about the steps and test you during the second appointment or will they perform some screenings already during the first one? Also, how do I know which fertility treatment will we need? IUI, IVF, ICSI, artificial insemination. So confusing. How do I ask for a specific treatment or will they establish a treatment based on your test results? Thanks for clarifying
