Stomach cramps after embryo transfer

Dear Dr, I had 17 eggs retrieved and had some cramps after the procedure. I then had a 2 day embryo and had a few more stomach cramps on the night after transfer. Would the cramps dislodge the embryo from the uterus?

Abdominal cramps are a normal symptoms after embryo transfer, and they do not translate into your treatment having failed or your embryos detaching from your uterus, so don’t worry.

Thank you so much for replying. The cramps felt more like constipation, would they cause uterus cramps and expel the embryo? I am taking progesterone so I am hoping this would prevent the uterus cramps.
