Surrogate motherhood in case of very large uterine fibroid

Hello, I'm posting this comment here because I need help. I've already a beautiful daughter with my former husband but I'd like to have another baby (another girl, fingers crossed!) with my current hubby. Problem is I had a hysterectomy done a few years ago because of a very large uterine fibroid. Luckily I froze my eggs... Now I know the only way I can have a biological child is via surrogacy. I live in Portugal and don't know if the USA is the best option because it's VERY expensive. Is there any other destination I could choose to cut the costs of surrogacy? I want to give it a try before moving to traditional adoption... If someone reading this has experienced surrogacy before, I'd appreciate some help. Regards
