If two brothers are only a few years apart, they will make wonderful playmates. In addition, the needs of both children will be similar, so another advantage may be that it is easier to educate them at the same time.
On the other hand, siblings will be able to help each other with school homework and, if the age difference is short, it can even mean savings when buying books.
