Sperm donation is a totally altruistic act. Sperm donors do not earn money because the sample is not sold. The sale of sperm is illegal in Spain, as is regulated by the law 14/2006.
Nevertheless, this Spanish law allows the donor to receive financial compensation for any inconveniences caused, but not for the donated sample.
