A very simple treatment to remove the fluid accumulated by the hydrocele is scrotal aspiration. It is a less invasive technique than surgery, as it involves draining fluid from the scrotum with a needle. Sclerotherapy is then necessary to close the needle opening and prevent clear fluid from building up again.
