The success rate of IUI with semen from the male partner is not too high. According to the data collected in the latest statistical registry of the Spanish Fertility Society in 2023, the overall success rates for CAI were as shown in the image.
The pregnancy rate for CAI was 13.2%; while the delivery rate was 10.3%. However, most of the deliveries were singletons. Only 8.2 of deliveries were from multiple pregnancies.
