Their multidisciplinary team consists of two Gynecologists and their staff which include nurses and patient care specialized technicians. They offer telemedicine consults to ensure a closer and more personalized treatment with their patients as well as improved patient access thru their patient care portal. they have been in the Chicagoland area since 2004.

Generally, the comments are positive, for example, Kalila expressed the easy layout of the patient portal, where she got all of the useful information surrounding her treatment. Katelyn also highlights the adaptation the clinic has done before COVID, like holding zoom meetings to continue the treatment of couples.

However, they are a couple of comments that refer to some problems with patient care, stating they are unsympathetic and that the clinic is unorganized pussing IVF technique.
