Many women feel more tired when they have their period. This is due to a decrease in iron levels in the blood after menstruation. If the amount of iron in the body decreases, the correct amount of red blood cells will not be produced.
As a result of this phenomenon, women may feel more tired than usual. Therefore, eating iron-rich foods during menstruation could alleviate this menstrual symptom.
