When a woman is in the third trimester of pregnancy, discomfort due to the size of the belly will become more and more noticeable. This may cause the woman to experience less sexual desire during this final stage of pregnancy.
During this period, sexual relations will require imagination to find positions that are more comfortable for both partners, without putting pressure on the pregnant woman's belly and avoiding the woman lying on her back because of the pressure that the weight of the belly would exert.
