One of the causes of male sterility is hypogonadism, defined as the impossibility of the testicle to generate testosterone and produce spermatozoa.
Hypogonadism can primary or secondary. It can also be classified in prenatal, puberal or adult hypogonadism.
The image below shows prenatal hypogonadism with ambiguous genitalia, there is crytpochirdism and the penis is smaller than normal (micropenis).
