The general recommendation is that massages should be avoided until the second trimester of pregnancy. From this moment on, prenatal massages can bring benefits for the pregnant woman such as:
- Reducing stress.
- Improve blood circulation.
- Relieve muscle pressure.
- Prevent cramps.
- Reduce fluid retention.
- Combat the formation of stretch marks.
