Some women with migraines during the menstrual cycle have limitations in their daily activities. Despite following medical indications for treatment, there are some tips that may be useful to alleviate the discomfort and headaches typical of migraines:
- Consume foods rich in vitamin B3.
- Drink natural juices.
- Prepare ginger infusions.
- Do physical activity such as going for a walk.
- Apply a gentle massage in the area of the temples.
