Description

Montefiore's Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Health (MIRMH) are the fertility branch of the Montefiore Medical group in New York.

This clinic offers diagnostic and therapueic services to help their patients achieve their dreams of having a baby, whether it be through IVF or orying other fertility treatments.

According to their website they offer a wide range of assisted reproduction techniques from their two locations in Hartsdale and Bronx, and participate in the New York State Department of Health´s Infertility Demonstration Project. This program providing financial support to those NY residents who are eligible.

Treatments with donor egg and donor sperm are availbale at MIRMH.

Diagnostic tests

Reviews

The reviews of MIRMH found on the internet are both positive and negative. In the following section we are going to list some of the comments on Google Reviews:

In the positive reviews we have jdorset1 who says the staff were helpful and courteous and now has two children. Un names many of the staff, stating how thankful she is to them and that they go above and beyond.

In the negative reviews the patient Jordan gives a fairly mixed reviews saying 50% of the appointments were good and 50% bad, depending on which personel that had on that day. Saba M claims that the front desk were bad and she had difficulies with scheduling and billing.

Location: how to get to the clinic?

MIRMH operates from two locations in New York.

Westchester

The Westchester office in Hartsdale is located in the building at 141 South Central Avenue. If driving to this office from Interstate I-287, take exit 5 and NY-100S. After approx 0.8 miles you need to turn right into Central Avenue. The building is about 2 miles along Central Avenue, on the right hand side. There is a parking lot outside the building.

If using public transport, Hartsdale train station is about 1 mile away on the other side of the golf and country club which is opposite the clinic. The nearest bus stops is on the corner Central Park Ave & South Washington about 200ft away.

Bronx

The Bronx office is located in suite 305 of the Montefiore Medical Centre complex. If arriving by car from Interstae I-678 you take exit 1B onto Waters Place, which will lead you to the destination on Eastchester Road. There is limited parking available at this location.

Public transport options include the subway, with the nearest stop being Middletown Road which is 0.7 miles away. If using the bus, there are severalstops on the Bx 21, Bx 31 and Bx24 lines on the corner of Eastchester Road with Waters Place, right outside the building.
