In month 9 of pregnancy, it is normal that you start feeling a series of discomforts in the area of the pelvis caused by the new position of the baby above the cervix. For this reason, we recommend that pregnant women practice exercises to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic area for two reasons: to relieve these pains, and to prepare this area of the body for childbirth.
