The seminogram is the main test for the study of male fertility, since it provides information on semen quality. In this test, microscopic parameters such as concentration, motility, morphology and vitality are analyzed, but macroscopic parameters such as semen volume and viscosity are also studied. In addition, another macroscopic aspect of semen is color.
It is normal for a semen sample to have a grayish-white appearance. Otherwise, if the semen has a yellowish color, it could be indicative of a possible seminal infection.
