A dietary pattern rich in vegetables, fruits, and nuts can be beneficial for achieving a pregnancy, as it seems to decrease the time to achieve it. However, other dietary patterns, such as those rich in processed foods and sugary drinks, do not show a clear relationship with the time needed to conceive.
