It is likely that a man with oligospermia achieves pregnancy naturally because, even though the sperm count is too low, there are still spermatozoa present in the ejaculated semen. Out of the few sperms available, some of them may be able to complete their journey through the female reproductive system and hit the egg.
Unfortunately, oligozoospermia lowers the chances of conceiving naturally, and it make take several years for a woman to get pregnant if her partner has oligospermia.
