Oligospermia or oligozoospermia is a seminal alteration characterised by a low concentration of spermatozoa in the ejaculate. When the cause of oligozoospermia in men is a specific factor such as stress or a fever, it is possible to carry out a natural treatment to recover the quantity of spermatozoa.
The first measures to improve oligospermia are to return to a healthy lifestyle, following a balanced diet and avoiding smoking or drinking alcohol. It is also advisable to practice sport on a regular basis and avoid anabolic agents and exposure to toxic substances.
